Beginning Bellydance - Sunday 12:30p - 1:30p
Intermediate Bellydance - Sunday 1:30p - 2:20p

Troupe Practice - Sunday 11:00 - 12:00pm **

$15.00 per class
$50.00/month 1 class per week.  Save $10.00!
Mother/Daughter - No charge for daughters under age 18 yrs . Mother must participate in class.

All ages, levels and sizes are encouraged to join.

You will learn the various isolations along with proper stance, muscle control, simple (leading up to complex) layering, the 5 different shimmies with simple (leading up to complex) layering. Level changes and combinations. All of the moves are presented in a logical manner, building as your skill level improves. You will also learn basic routines to help you put all your new moves together.

These classes are definately a workout.

You will also learn basic veil movements and wraps, basic zills patterns, simple routines, performance and audience etiquette.

Performing is an option that is presented and encouraged. Those who are ready to perform will be given generous support and tons of encouragement along with constructive evaluations.

But mostly the classes are lots of fun in a friendly noncompetitive environment.
